An excellent and helpful app. It keeps me focused and mindful, and prevents my computer screen from turning me into a zombie by the end of the day!

Love this simple app for helping me set an intention for getting things done. I work through the 15 min intervals and, if a distracting thought occurs to me, I write it down then on the break I do the quick things on that list.

It doesnt offer the white noise option that another app does, but I love all the customization I can do (#of interval goals, timing of work and rest intervals). Its great!

Be focused is a great pomodoro app. You can easily customize your work and break times and you can categorize your sessions to track progress against your various goals. One of the things l like most about it is that it does not try to be more than it needs to be.
